元话语功能与韩礼德三大元功能对比分析

摘　　要：由于元话语性质的多样性和概念的模糊性,有关元话语功能与韩礼德三大元功能之间的关系混淆不清,存在诸多歧见。本文着重就元话语的性质与韩礼德功能思想的本质和元话语的功能与韩礼德的三大元功能两方面进行对比分析,以澄清元话语功能与韩礼德三大元功能的关系和差异性,主张元话语功能的研究应依据元话语的相互行为的性质和三大原则去研究,而不应该将元话语引导型相互行为功能对应于韩礼德的语篇功能,互动型相互行为功能对应于韩礼德的人际功能。元话语主要探讨非言语辅助功能,引导型相互行为和互动型相互行为的人际功能、修辞功能。Because of the diversified properties of metadiscourse, the relationships between metadiscoursal functions and Halliday＇s three metafunctions are not clear. This paper focuses on the two aspects： a comparative analysis of metadiscoursal properties and the characters of Halliday＇s functional ideas, and a comparative analysis of metadiscoursal functions and Halliday＇s three metafunctions. We hold that the study of metadiscoursal functions should be made according to metadiscoursal interactional properties and three key principles. Interactive function of metadiscourse is not correspondent to Halliday＇s textual function, while interactional function not to Halliday＇s interpersonal function. The study of metadiscoursal functions is mainly on the assisted function of non-verbal expressions, the interactive and interactional interpersonal function and rhetorical function.
