摘 要:目的:通过完善制度及奖励措施,提升护理人员创新思维与行动,提升照护质量与效率。方法:先建构制度、充实建设、整合资源、培育人才、推动跨领域合作,以具体策略实践创新作为,并通过竞赛与实质奖励,培养创新的文化风气,提升人员荣誉与成就感。结论:藉由人员培训及不断自我检讨与标杆学习,产出丰硕的研发创新成果,提升病人的住院质量。Objectives: To enhence the innovative thinking and actions and to improve nursing care quality and efficiency via well-established system and incentives measures. Methods:We established systems, fulfilled constructions, integrated resources, cultivating talents, and promoted cross-fields co-operations. We practiced innovations with feasible strategies, scheduled competitions and provided substantial rewards to sustain an innovative atmosphere and a higher sense of honor and accomplishment. Conclusion: Through staff trainings, continuous self-review and benchmarking, we produce fruitful innovations for further improvement of inpatient nursing care quality.
