摘　　要：通过介绍巴林特小组的基本理论、工作内容和工作过程,论述巴林特小组活动在临床护理人员中的实际应用情况及对临床护理工作的意义,即通过巴林特小组工作方法的训练,使护理人员能够很好地理解患者的情绪和心理特点,做到换位思考,利于良好护患关系的建立;同时有助于护理人员得到职业上的支持,缓解心理压力;并且能够引导护理人员自我反思,促进个人素质的提高。This paper introduced the basic theory, working content and working process of the Balint group and discussed the actual application of the Balint group activities among clinical nursing staff and its significance for clinical nursing work. Through the Balint group training, nursing staff could understand the patient＇s mood and psychological characteristics well and achieve ＂empathy＂ which was beneficial to the establishment of good nurse-patient relationship. At the same time the Balint training could provide nursing straff occupational support, alleviate their psychological stress, guide them self-reflection and improve their overall qualities.
