摘　　要：入住新生儿重症监护室的患儿家属存在明显的焦虑情绪。通过对患儿家属焦虑状况的描述,分析出在不同家庭成员、不同产妇及不同文化程度、家庭收入、面对危机事件的应对方式等内外因素影响下,家属焦虑状况存在差异。并提出应实施人性化护理,提供有针对性的认知行为干预并建立有效的社会支持系统,以满足患儿家属个性化需求,缓解家属焦虑状况,以良好的身心状态配合患儿治疗。The family members of children in Neonatal Intensive Care Unit existed obvious anxiety, and the anxiety state differed with different relitionship,different maternal and different internal and external factors, for example, educational level, family income, coping style. And then concluded that humanistic nursing care, targeted cognitive interventions should be carried out and effective Social Support System should be set up to meet the individual demands of families and alleviate their anxiety level,so as to cooperate with the treatment of children in good physical and mental condition.
