摘　　要：目的:建立石见穿中丹参素的含量测定方法。方法:采用反相高效液相法,以甲醇-0.1%冰醋酸(20∶80)为流动相,柱温为30℃,检测波长为280nm。结果:丹参素进样量在1.9248～5.7744μg具有良好的线性关系(r=0.9999),平均回收率为100.6%,RSD=1.2%。结论:该法灵敏度高、重现性好,可用于石见穿的质量控制。Objective：To establish a methd for determination of Danshensu in Salvia chinensis Benth.. Methods：A Kromasil-Cls （4. 6 mm x 250 mm,5μ m）column was used with the mobile phase being methanol-Acetic acid （20：80） , the temperature of column being 30 °C, detection wavelength being 280 nm. Results ： The linear response range of danshensu was from 1. 924 8 μg to 5.774 4 μg（ r =0. 999 9）. The average recovery rate was 100. 6% （ RSD = 1.2% ）. Conclusion： The method is simple and accurate with good repeatability, can be used for determination of Danshensu in Salvia chinensis Benth.
