摘　　要：目的他巴唑(MMI)与丙基硫氧嘧啶(PTU)治疗甲亢的比较和选择。方法选择我院2008年至2010年收治的甲亢患者52例,随机分为MMⅠ组和PTU组,治疗6月观察症状缓解,甲亢恢复情况、副作用等。结果任何一个选择抗甲状腺药物(ATD)治疗甲亢的患者,均可使用MMI,但妊娠早期,甲亢危象,对。MMI治疗不敏感者都除外。Objective To compare and choose between treatment of hyperthyroidism with MMI and treatment with PTU.Methods By randomly deviding the 52 cases of hyperthyroidism,received by our hospital between 2008 and 2010,into a group to treat with MMI and a group to treat with PTU and observing the relief of the symptoms,the recovery of the thyroid function and the side effects.Results MMI can be used for anyone that was treated with anti-thyroid drugs,except for pregnant ones,those with hyperthyroidism at a dangerous level and those not sensitive to MMI treatment.
