摘　　要：目的观察手法调整结合脑蛋白水解物治疗颈性眩晕的疗效。方法将80例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组采用手法调整结合静脉滴注脑蛋白水解物治疗,对照组单采用手法调整治疗。结果治疗组总有效率为97.8%,对照组总有效率为85.0%,差异有显著性。结论手法调整结合脑蛋白水解物治疗颈性眩晕比单纯手法调整治疗效果好。Objective Combination of manual adjustment of brain protein hydrolysate treatment of cervical vertigo.Methods Making 80 patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,the Treatment group adopts manual adjustment combined with intravenous infusion of brain protein hydrolysate treatment,and The control group only with manipulative adjustment therapy.Results Treatment group total effectiveness is 97.8%,The control group always businesslike for 85%,There were significant differences.Conclusion Manipulative adjustment binding to brain protein hydrolysate treatment of cervical vertigo more better than simple manual adjustment
