摘　　要：目的探讨家庭护理干预对慢性肾功能衰竭非透析患者生活质量的影响。方法将本院确诊的社区慢性肾功能衰竭患者根据住院先后随机分为实验组和对照组,每组36例,对照组采用传统护理方法护理,实验组进行家庭护理干预。观察2组患者的肾功能、营养指标、心理功能、日常生活能力。结果实验组患者的肾功能、心理功能、日常生活能力均明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论家庭护理干预能提高社区慢性肾功能衰竭非透析患者的生活质量。Objective To investigate the effect of home nursing intervention on quality of life in patients with non-dialysis chronic re- nal failure patients. Methods Chronic renal failure patients in community final diagnosed by our hospital were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, 36 cases every group. The control group used the traditional method of nursing care, home nursing intervention for the experimental group. Two groups patients＇ renal function, nutrition, and mental function, activities of daily living were observed. Results Renal function, psychological function, activities of daily living of patients in experimental group were significantly better than control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Home nursing can improve quality of life of non-dialysis patients in com- munity.
