摘　　要：目的探讨家庭-学校-社区-医院四位一体健康教育模式对肥胖儿童及家长的影响。方法随机抽取深圳市宝安区10个学校,在一个学年期内,建立可操作性的"家庭-学校-社区-医院"四位一体的健康教育模式。实施生活环境控制和心理健康指导的综合干预措施。结果干预后,肥胖组儿童及家长健康知识、态度和行为有明显提高(P<0.05);肥胖组儿童BMI、血压和体重明显降低(P<0.01),肥胖组儿童每天吃杂粮、薯类、豆类、蔬菜、水果的人数增多(P<0.01),吃甜食、油炸食物和进餐速度快的人数明显下降(P<0.01);肥胖组儿童平均体重平均减少了5.9kg。结论通过以家庭、学校、社区为平台,让肥胖儿童及家长意识到肥胖问题的严重性,从而达到自觉控制体重过度增加的目的,可以促进儿童的正常发育。Objective To discuss the influence of four in one health education mode of ＇family-school-community-hospital＇ on obese children and their parents, provide scientific evidence for early control of the weight of obese children. Methods 10 schools in Baoan district, Shenzhen were randomly selected to establish an operational four in one health education mode of ＇family-school-community- hospital＇ in a school year period. Implement the interventions of living environment control and guidauce of mental health. Results The knowledge of health, attitude and behaviors of the obese children and their parents in obese group significantly improved （P〈 0.05）. BMI, blood pressure and weight of the obese children in obese group decreased significantly （P〈0.01）. The number of the obese children who ate cereals, potatoes, beans, vegetables, and fruits every day increased （P〈0.01）; and the number of the ones who ate sweets, fried food and had fast meal speed significantly reduced （P〈0.01）. The average weight of the obese children has decreased by 5.gkg. Conclusion Make obese children notice the seriousness of the obese problem, as a platform of family, school, and community, in order to achieve the purpose of conscious control excessive weight increase, which can promote the normal development of children.
