摘　　要：总结了50例新生儿呼吸机相关性肺炎(VAP)的护理预防措施。包括制定新生儿重症监护病房管理制度,严格执行无菌操作制度,加强对呼吸治疗器械的管理,增强机体免疫力等。认为新生儿呼吸机相关性肺炎发病率高是多种临床因素综合作用的结果,积极采取预防措施是有效降低呼吸机相关性肺炎发生率的关键。To summarize the preventive nursing strategy of neonatal ventilator-associated pneumonia. It includes making the neonatal intensive care unit management system, conducting aseptic technique strictly, strengthening the management of the breath apparatus, enhancing immunity, etc. It has been acknowledged that high incidence of VAP in neonatal is a result of multiple clinical factors. Taking preventive measures actively is the key to reduce the incidence of VAP.
