OCT-4在上颌窦鳞癌中的表达及其临床意义

摘　　要：目的探讨Oct-4基因与上颌窦鳞癌恶性生物学行为的关系。方法应用免疫组化方法检测43例上颌窦癌和20例癌旁正常鼻黏膜组织中Oct-4的表达。结果 Oct-4在癌旁正常鼻黏膜组织中表达率为15%(3/20),而在上颌窦鳞癌组织中阳性表达率为51.2%(22/43),两者有显著统计学差异(P<0.01)。Oct-4表达与上颌窦鳞癌的组织分化程度及淋巴结有无转移有关(P<0.05),与性别、年龄、临床分期无明显相关(P>0.05)。结论 (1)与癌旁正常组织相比,癌组织中Oct-4阳性细胞表达率明显增高,提示表达Oct-4的肿瘤细胞可能是肿瘤干细胞,其与上颌窦鳞癌的形成有关系;(2)Oct-4阳性细胞表达率与上颌窦癌恶性程度及淋巴结转移密切相关,提示Oct-4的表达在上颌窦鳞癌发生、发展中可能具有一定的意义。[ Objective] In order to thoroughly explore the OCT -4 gene and malignant biological behavior of maxillary sinus squamous cell carcinoma. [ Methods ] The expression of OCT -4 in maxillary Sinus Carcinoma tissues of 43 cases and the maxillary Sinus carcinoma adjacent normal tissue of 20 cases were detected by immunohistochemical technique. [ Results ] OCT -4 expression in 43 patients with maxillary Sinus Carcinoma tissues was 51.2% （22/43） , the expression of maxillary Sinus carcinoma adjacent normal tissue was 15 % （3/20）, They are statistically significant differences（ P 〈 O. 01 ）. The OCT -4 expression was related to maxillary sinus squamous cell carcinoma of the pathological grade and lymph node metastasis （P 〈 0.05 ） ; but unrelated to age, gender, clinical stage （P 〉 0. 05）. [ Conclusion] （1）Cancer tissue Oct -4 positive cells expression rate was higher than carcinoma adjacent normal tissue, that point out the cells of the Oct -4 express maybe the cancer stem cell ,its related to the formation of the maxillary sinus squamous cell carcinoma; （2）The OCT- 4 expression related to maxillary Sinus Carcinoma＇s malignant degree and lymph node metastasis, notes the expressions of OCT -4 play an important role in occurrence and progression of maxillary Sinus carcinoma.
