妊娠期糖尿病120例临床分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨妊娠期糖尿病(gestational diabetes mellitus,GDM)对母婴并发症及分娩的影响。方法:回顾性分析120例诊断为GDM的患者并以同期正常妊娠妇女120例作对照组,比较两组母婴并发症及分娩的情况。结果:GDM组孕妇的各种并发症及有产科指针剖宫产率的发生率高于对照组(P<0.05);围生儿合并巨大儿、早产、新生儿低血糖的发生率高于对照组(P<0.05),新生儿窒息发生率与对照组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:GDM危害母婴健康,应及早发现并诊治GDM。Objective： To investigate the maternal complications and mode of delivery in the gestational diabetes mellitus（GDM）.Methods： Retrospectively study 120 GDM cases from april to December in 2001 and 120 cases of normal pregnant women as control.Compare maternal complications and modes of delivery of two groups.Results： pregnant women of GDM group have higher obstetric complications and the incidence of cesarean section rate targets（P0.05）,the incidence rate of perinatal combined macrosomia,premature birth,neonatal hypoglycemia is higher（P0.05）,neonatal asphyxia in GDM group compared with the control group,show no significant difference（P0.05）.Conclusion： GDM does harm to maternal and child health,thus need early detection and treatment.
