摘　　要：目的研究PICC置管存在的风险，并进行分析，提出有效对策。对置管后出现的机械性静脉炎、导管堵塞、导管脱移或漂出、导管断裂、穿刺点渗血和血肿、血栓形成、感染等各种问题和并发症，及时采取防治措施，延长导管的留置时间，为患者提供安全有效的保障。To research and analyze the risk of PICC so as to find the effective countermeasure. Mechanical phlebitis, catheter blockage, catheter displacement, catheter fracture, trocar puncture hole hemorrhage, trocar puncture hole hemon＇hage hematoma, thrombo- sis, infections and other complications were all controlled timely and the indwelling catheter time was prolonged. The effective guarantee was provided for the patients.
