摘 要:目的探讨自我管理教育对断指再植患者负性情绪的作用。方法将45例断指再植患者按住院号的单双分为实验组(23例)和对照组(22例)。对照组患者进行常规的健康教育,实验组患者实施自我管理教育。观察两组患者教育前后3个月负性情绪的效果。结果自我管理教育前两组患者的负性情绪比较无显著差异,自我管理教育后3个月实验组患者的负性情绪较对照组明显减轻(P〈0.01)。结论自我管理教育能改善断指再植患者的负性情绪,从而提高患者生活质量。Objective To explore the effect of self - management education on negative emotion of patients with finger replantation. Methods A total of 45 patients with finger replantation were divided into experimental group 23 cases and condtrol group 22 cases by odd and even hospital number. Control group was received routine health education and experimental group was received self - management education. The efficacy of negative emotion before education and at 3 months after education was observed and compared between two group. Results The nagative emotion of the two groups before self - management education was not significantly different. After three - month follow - up observation at self - management education, patients of experimental group with negative emotions reduced more significantly than that in control group ( P 〈 0. 01 ) . Conclusions Self - management education can improve negative emotions of patients with finger replantation, thus improve patients' quality of life.
