摘　　要：医院船作为海上医疗救治主平台，在解决分散岛礁及驻泊点医疗服务与卫生指导缺乏的问题上发挥了重要作用。本文以医院船服役后首次执行海疆岛礁巡回医疗服务任务为主线，从前期筹划部署、高效服务实施、强化卫勤训练、创新运行机制等方面对主要做法进行总结，并结合实际对医院船执行此类任务提出了功能、训练、指挥、设施等多方面启示与建议。China has a long coastline and numerous scattered islands, reefs, and harbor stations, most lacking medical resources and with traffic inconvenience. Hospital ships play the role of main platform of medical treatment. Before a mission a detailed plan should be developed. Maritime training should be carried out once a year. There are several programs for marshalling. The most convenient practice is to form a maritime commanding post relying mainly on a specific hospital with other hospitals as subsidiaries.
