摘　　要：目的探讨消毒供应科质量监察环节缺陷原因，确实落实管理对策。方法通过确定在消毒供应科开展医院感染相关制度管理方法，找出影响管理诸多因素；采取在消毒供应科设立督导台监察方法，对每一个来自科室的自制自送的待灭菌包全面进行监察；运输工具环节监察；过期物品再消毒监察；科室盲目降耗质量监察；落实制度监察力度缺陷监察。评价标准以卫生部针对医院CSSD管理颁布的三项强制性行业标准WS310．1-3，2009{医院消毒供应中心》为标准依据，加大质量管理力度。结果找出工作流程中的不安全隐患，找准质量监控环节中的缺陷，并提出完善的防范措施。结论加强人员素质教育，把安全教育作为经常性的工作来抓，强化责任意识教育，树立工作责任心，从思想上培养爱岗敬业精神和集体荣誉感；提高专业技能培训，把内涵式质量建设和优质服务的理念融入工作点滴之中，打牢技术操作基础，可确保医疗安全。Objective To investigate the defect causes of quality supervision in sterile supply section in order to carry out an effective solution to the issues. Methods Guided by the hospital＇ s infection prevention acts, the causes which obstructed normal management process were identified; a monitoring/supervision station was established in the section to inspect each self-made sterilized package for transport links, re-sterilization of expired items, blind thrift, failing to supervise in implementation of the management process. Evaluation on the inspection was performed in compliance with three mandatory industry standards ＂WS 310.1-3, 2009＂ enacted by Ministry of Health regarding hospital sterile supply center. Results The hidden dangers in work process were identified, and the effective management measurement was created and implemented. Conclusionh suggests that safety is the key and such training should be offered on a regular basis. Enhance personnel＇ s responsibility and dedication to work, as well as their professional skills that are considered as important factors to ensure medical safety.
