芯片型实验室及基因组研究

摘　　要：芯片型实验室是 90年代后出现的新领域 ,它与稍早出现的测定型生物芯片相关 ,但其功能已超过测定而包括了分离、分析等各种实验室基本操作。本文以在基因组研究中常用的几种技术 ,从DNA测序、基因型分析和蛋白组研究三个方面 ,探讨了在这些领域中开始出现的芯片型操作元件及它们的现状和潜力。The concept of laboratory on a chip appeared since 1992.This new technology relates to the devices of biochip,which is usually applied for determination only and was lunched a little bit early,but the concept of laboratory on chip includes more executing functions,such as separation and analysis.From the view of genome research,we summary some new developments and discuss the potential of this new technology in the researches of DNA sequencing,genotyping and proteomic study.
