烟草中水溶性糖的连续流动测定方法研究

摘　　要：以经典的芒森·沃克法 (YC/T32_1 996国标法 )测定值作为糖测定的标准值 ,可用以下两种方法对分析结果进行校正 :①非线性回归方程对连续流动分析仪测定结果作修正 ;②用已确定糖含量的烟末标样标定葡萄糖标准液 ,再用标定后的葡萄糖标液的浓度在连续流动分析仪上检测烟样。两种校正方法的结果均与经典法结果较吻合 ,回收率在 94.8%～ 1 0 6 %之间 。The determination of the classics Munson_Walker metnod (YC/T32_1996 GB method) is regard as the standard value for sugar. We can rectify to the result of continuously flow analysis with the following methods: ①Equation of nonlinearity regression rectify to the result of continuously flowing analysis;②Mark the glucose standard solution with the tobacco standard sample and determine the sample with the solution by continuously flowing method. The results of the two correction methods are all coincided with the classics method's,and the recovery ratio is between 94.8%_106%,the results are satisfactory.
