摘　　要：目的分析呼和浩特市2009-2010年疑似预防接种异常反应(Adverse Events Following Immunization,AEFI)的发生特征,评价AEFI监测系统运转情况及预防接种安全性。方法通过全国AEFI监测系统共收集呼和浩特市2009-2010年AEFI个案数据,采用描述性方法进行流行病学分析。结果 2009-2010年呼和浩特市AEFI监测系统共收到120例个案,其中≤1岁占40%,男女性别比为0.82:1,集中在9月份。AEFI以强化免疫麻疹减毒活疫苗为主,占62.5%;一般反应占72.5%,异常反应占22.5%,偶合症占5%;临床损害以发热最为多见。120例均治愈或好转。全市9个县(区)均有AEFI数据报告,2009年48h报告率为60%,48h调查率为93.33%;2010年48h报告率92.38%,48h内调查率为96.67%。结论疫苗的安全性和预防接种服务质量良好,全市AEFI监测的完整性和敏感性较高,AEFI常发生在小年龄儿童、NIP疫苗。Objective to analyze the occurrence features of Adverse Events Following Immunization （AEFI） in Hohhnt, and to evaluate the implementation of AEFI surveillance system and the immunization safety related to the National and Immunization Program （NIP） Vaccines. Methods the AEFI data in 2009-2010 were collected through the National AEFI Information system. The descriptive methodology was used. Results 120 AEFI cases were reported among them ,targets aged〈l year accounted for 40%, the sex ratio of male and female was 0.82：1 .The occurrence peak was in September. The measles attenuated live vaccine supplementary Immunization Activity significantly related to AEFIS was 62.5%; 72.5% AEFIs were common, 22.5% were rare, serious reactions, 5% were coincidental illness; 120 AEFIs were cured or getting better. 9 countries reported to the AEFI surveillance system. The reported rate within 48h was 60%, and the investigated rate within 48h was 93.33% in 2009. The reported rate within 48h was 92.38%, and the investigated rate within 48h was 96.67% in 2010. Conclusion The study showed that the safety of vaccines and quality of immunization services were satisaeactury.
