摘 要:综述了用固体酸催化生物质制备乙酰丙酸酯的研究成果和动态,主要阐述了用固体酸作催化剂制备乙酰丙酸酯的3种方法(即乙酰丙酸酯化法,生物质直接醇解法和糠醇醇解法),并对3种方法所涉及的反应路径、反应机理、催化性能进行了比较。最后指出用固体酸取代传统无机酸进行生物质直接醇解生成乙酰丙酸酯的工艺开发较具前景,并对今后的发展方向提出了相关建议。Recent researches in converting biomass into alkyl levulinates catalysted by solid acid were reviewed. It introduced three ways of producing alkyl levulinates( esterification of levulinic acid, direct alcoholysis of biomass, alcoholys- is of furfurol )by solid acid as catalyst, including involved reaction pathway, reaction mechanism and catalytic performance. Also, the comparsion among the three ways was gived. Finally, it pointed out that the direct alcoholysis of biomass by using solid acid rather than traditional inorganic acid as catalyst to produce alkyl levulinates was a very promising process. Some suggestions on future development were also presented.
