摘 要:水溶液聚合法合成直链聚AA/AM,再分别混合3种后交联剂:丙三醇二缩水甘油醚(GDE)、聚乙二醇二缩水甘油醚(PGDE)、三聚氰胺甲醛树脂(MF),通过后交联反应制备出高吸水性树脂。结果表明:当丙烯酸中和度为65%,单体浓度为20%,丙烯酰胺用量和引发剂用量占单体质量的40%和0.4%,3种后交联剂用量依次占初始线性聚合物质量的0.03%、0.07%、0.5%,后交联温度为60℃、80℃、60℃时,高吸水性树脂吸去离子水倍率达到2089g/g、2824g/g、1455g/g。The linear water-soluble poly(acrylic acid-co-acrylamide)was prepared by aqueous solution polymeriza- tion, then crosslinked by adding glycerol diglycidyl(GDE), poly(glycol diglycidyl )(PGDE)or melamine formaldehyde resin (MF). The results showed that, when the neutralization degree of acrylic acid, the monomer concentration, the concentration of acrylamide and initiator were 65%, 20%, 40% and 0. 3% of the quality of monomer respectively for the first step, the concentrations of GDE, PGDE and MF were 0. 03 %, 0. 07 % and 0.5 % of the quality of initial polymer, with post-crosslink- ing temperature of 60℃, 80℃ and 60℃ in the second step, the obtained superabsorbent resin reached the highest water absorption ratio of 2824g/g,2089g/g and 1455g/g successively in deionized water.
