摘 要:以ABS、MAH、DCP为添加剂,通过熔融共混法制备了PA6/ABS共混材料。研究了一步法和两步法两种工艺所制共混材料的性能及ABS含量对共混材料性能的影响,同时对共混材料的结晶形态进行了表征。结果表明,以一步法制备的PA6/ABS共混材料,当添加剂含量为10%,PA6/ABS的质量分数比为60/40时,共混材料的综合性能达到最佳。偏光电镜的分析表明,ABS的加入破坏了PA6的球晶结构。红外光谱的分析表明,加入相容剂后的PA6与ABS发生了化学反应。By using ABS, MAN, DCP as additives, PA6/ABS/ABS-g-MAH blend was prepared through melt blend- ing. PA6/ABS/ABS-g-MAH produced by one-step-method and two-steps-method preparation and the impact of content of ABS on blends" property were studied, meanwhile the crystal habit of the blends was characterized as well. The results showed that using eompatilizer produced by one-step-method preparation, the general property of the blends was optimum when the content of ABS-g-MAH reached 10% and the proportion of concentration was 60/40. From the analysis of partial optical microscope, the spherulitic crystal structure of PA6 was destroyed by the participation of ABS. According to analysis of infrared spectrum, a chemical reaction occurred between PA6 and ABS with compatilizer.
