摘　　要：应对MW级风力发电机组风轮叶片用环氧胶粘剂的技术要求,研究了一款新型风轮叶片用环氧胶粘剂,并对其拉伸强度、剪切强度和抗剥离性能进行了技术评价。结果表明,此款环氧结构胶粘剂具有良好综合性能,在满足MW级风轮叶片结构粘接的要求前提下,为更大尺寸风轮叶片用合模粘接用环氧结构胶提供了新思路。A novel epoxy adhesive for wind turbine blade was introduced based on its requirement in MW wind pow- er generation system,and tensile strength, shear strength and antipeel strength of this adhesive were evaluated. The results showed that this adhesive exhibited good comprehensive property, and offered new thought for exploring epoxy mould-- merging adhesive forlarger size wind turbine blade.
