摘　　要：目的：使用损失分布的几种模型方法来研究适合新型农村合作医疗住院费用更科学的模型。方法：分别使用对数正态分布。Pareto分布，Weibull分布Burr分布对陕西省宝鸡市眉县新型农村合作医疗住院病人费用分布曲线进行拟合，利用Matlab 7．1软件进行参数估计并利用X2检验。Kolmogmrov—Smirnov法分别进行拟合优度检验。结果：新型农村合作医疗参合农民的住院费用的最优分布为Burr分布。结论：采用Burr分布模型可以对新型农村合作医疗住院费用进行有效拟合。Objective： To research the New Rural Cooperative Medical system indemnity plan through the exploration of the loss distribution of New Rural Cooperative Medical System. Methods： Selecting lognormal distribution model, Pareto distribution, Weibull distribution and Burr distribution to respectively analyze the loss distribution of New Rural Cooperative Medical System. Result： For the farmers in New Rural Cooperative Medical System, each hospitalization cost has an Burr distribution. The example showed that the burr distrihution is the best distribution model. Conclusion： The net premium ensuring the whole medical cost can be calculated by using the burr distribution.
