摘　　要：目的:探究陕西省新型农村合作医疗居民现金卫生支出的贫困影响;方法:采用入户询问对样本人群进行调查,比较不同贫困界定标准下现金卫生支出前后的贫困发生率、贫困差距等,用Pan圈描述不同经济水平人群现金卫生支出前后贫困分布状况;结果:现金卫生支出特别是住院现金卫生支出加深了居民的贫困程度,但不同经济水平人群差别较大:结论:快速发展经济,逐步消除贫困,优化筹资结构,提高住院补偿水平,最终提高筹资公平性。Objective： To explore the impact of OOP on poverty under NRCMS in Shaanxi Province. Methods： Using the method of sample household investigation, to compare the incidence of poverty and gaps under different poverty line. The poverty distribution of different economic status groups is also described with graphs. Results： OOP has deepened the poverty of residents, especially the OOP of inpatient, but it varied greatly in groups of different economic status. Conclusion： The government should improve income of residents, and offer them with higher level of compensation to improve the equity of financing.
