摘　　要：目的:构建农村公共卫生绩效反馈控制系统模型并进行验证;方法:设计验证量表,对农村公共卫生管理者进行调查,通过信度、效度分析、隶属度分析以及典型相关分析,对模型进行验证。结果:模型具有较高的信度,具有一定的收敛效度,区别效度不够理想,各题项的隶属度介于0.19～0.52之间,各构成要素之间及其与系统之间具有正相关关系。结论:该模型提供了一个研究农村公共卫生绩效控制与改进的分析框架。Objective： To establish the model of performance feedback control system about public health system in rural area and verify it. Methods： Designing the verification scale and investigating the managers of public health in rural area. Using reliability and validity analysis, membership degree analysis and canonical correlation analysis to verify the model. Result： The model has high reliability and a certain convergent validity, but the discriminant validity is not ideal. The membership degrees of items vary between 0.19 and 0.52. There are positive correlation among each components and between components and the system. Conclusion： The model can supply a analysis framework for the research of performance control and improvement of public health system in rural area.
