摘　　要：挖掘公立医院内部成本潜力、加强成本控制是公立医院提高竞争力、保持可持续发展的一个重要途径。文章重点探讨了公立医院加强成本控制与可持续发展的关系及公立医院加强成本控制的思路。Public hospitals are faced with severe operating pressure, the mining potential of the internal cost by cost conlrol is a better choice for the public hospitals to improve their competitiveness and maintain sustainable development. This paper discussed the relations hetween cost control and sustainable development in public hospitals, and the idea of cost control in public hospitals.
