摘  要:将NaCl和NaHCO3按同比例混合,模拟4种不同浓度,研究盐碱混合胁迫对黄瓜幼苗生长及主要生理代谢的影响。结果表明:NaCl和NaHCO3混合胁迫抑制了黄瓜幼苗的生长,降低了可溶性蛋白质、叶绿素的含量,提高了抗氧化酶SOD、POD的活性,增加了MDA和可溶性糖的含量。30mmol/L NaCl+30mmol/L NaHCO3浓度的盐碱混合胁迫处理,黄瓜植株生长和生理指标与对照差异不明显,当处理浓度大于60mmol/L NaCl+60mmol/L NaHCO3时,黄瓜植株生长和生理指标与对照差异显著,处理浓度升高至90mmol/L NaCl+90mmol/L NaHCO3后,黄瓜植株膜系统已受到破坏,对植株造成了不可逆损伤,且随浓度的升高,黄瓜植株受伤害越严重。可以得出,60mmol/L Nacl+60mmol/L NaHCO3是黄瓜在盐碱混合胁迫下生长的临界浓度。Cucumber seedlings were stressed with different groups of NaCl mixed with NaHCO3 at growth. The results showed that the growth of cucumber were inhibited by the combined stress of salt and alkali. The stress decreased the content of protein and chlorophyll, improved the activities of SOD, POD, and increased the content of MDA and soluble sugar. With 30 mmol/L NaCl+30 mmol/L NaHCO3, the cucumber seedling growth and physiological parameters were not significantly different compared with CK. However, when 60 mmol/L NaCI+ 60 mmol/L NaHCO3, they were significantly different compared with CK. For the treatment of 90 mmol/L NaCI+90 mmol/L NaHCOa, membrane system was destructed, and the damage was irreversible. With the increasing of the mixed salts concentration, the harm of cucumber plants were getting worse. And the results revealed that the concentration of 60 mmol/L NaCl +60 mmol/L NaHCO3 was the critical concentration for cucumber seedlings.
