摘　　要：目的探讨血清可溶性细胞间黏附分子-1（sICAM-1）及透明质酸（HA）在甲状腺相关眼病（TAO）活动性评价中的作用。方法检测分析活动期与静止期的TAO患者血清sICAM-1及HA的含量。结果活动期TAO组患者的血清sICAM-1和HA含量均高于静止期TAO组及正常对照组；血清sICAM-1和HA含量与临床活动性评分及眼病严重度评分存在正相关关系。结论血清sICAM-1和HA的含量与TAO免疫病变的活动程度密切关联．可作为监测箕奔．癌病变活动的指标。Objective To investigate the effect of serum soluble intercellular adhesion molecule-I （ slCAM-1 ） and hyaluronic acid （HA） contents on the activity evaluation of thyroid-associated ophthalmopathy （ TAO ）. Methods The levels of serum sICAM and HA in patients with TAO at active and resting stage were detected and ana- lyzed. Results The serum levels of slCAM-1and HA in patients with TAO at active stage were higher than those in patients with TAO at resting stage and normal control group. Serum levels of sICAM-1 and HA were positively correlated with clinical activi- ty score and severity score. Conclusions The serum levels of sICAM-1 and HA are closely correlated with the activity of TAO, and can be used as the indicators to monitor the immune activity.
