摘 要:胜任力是执行力的前提和基础。通过综合运用国内外胜任力模型相关研究新技术,在对国内外通用科技人员胜任力情况进行研究的基础上,以中药研发人员为例,构建了研发人员专用胜任力模型。该模型可大致归纳为专业知识及专业技能、人格特质、创新特质、一般能力四大模块,体现了优秀中药研发人员高效完成工作所应具备的胜任特征。Competence is the premise and basis of the execution. Through the integrated using of the new technology of competent force model at home and abroad, and based on the research of the competent model of technical personnel, a dedicated competency model of R & D personnel is built as an example of the traditional Chinese medicine research and development personnel. The model can be broadly summarized as four modules : professional knowledge and professional skills, personality traits, innovation qualities, and the general ability which reflect the competency that excellent traditional Chinese medicine research and development personnel should have to finish the assignments with high efficiency.
