摘　　要：城市是社会信用体系建设的基本单元,也是体系运行的基本单位。城市信用体系的运行能有效改善当地市场的软环境;信用工具的使用促使当地社会资本加速形成,市场效率大幅提高;城市经济的辐射和扩张能力成倍放大。城市信用体系的建设既包括政府信用、企业信用、个人信用建设,也包括守信受益和失信惩戒机制建设等相关内容。The city is basic unit of society credit system construction, and is also basic unit of the system operation. The operation of city credit system can effectively improve the soft environment in local market; the use of credit instruments promotes the acceleration of local social capital formation and large scale increase of market efficiency; the capacity of urban economy radiation and expansion has been multiply enlarged. The construction of city credit system includes the government credit, enterprise credit, and personal credit as well as the construction of trustworthy benefits and dishonesty punishment mechanism and other related contents.
