摘  要:目的:筛选盐酸平阳霉素软膏的基质。方法:选用大耳白家兔为试验对象,给家兔外用3种不同基质(油脂性、乳剂、水溶性)制备的盐酸平阳霉素软膏后,通过高效液相色谱法测定1、2、3、4、6、8h后3组家兔血浆中盐酸平阳霉素的浓度以筛选软膏基质。结果:油脂性基质组2h时血药浓度值在3种膏剂中最高,为1.03mg.L-1,超过8h仍能测到药物;乳剂基质组2h时的血药浓度最低,为0.19mg.L-1,且吸收时间仅为2h;水溶性基质组2h时的血药浓度为0.21mg.L-1,吸收有不规则现象。乳剂基质组和油脂性基质组2h时的血药浓度比较有显著性差异(P<0.01),与水溶性基质组比较无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论:乳剂基质宜作为盐酸平阳霉素软膏的基质。OBJECTIVE: To screen the matrix of Bleomycin As hydrochloric ointment. METHODS: Rabbits were chosen as test subjects for external use of Bleomycin As hydrochloric ointment prepared with different matrix (oil, emulsion, water-soluble). The plasma concentrations of bleomycin AS hydrochloric in 3 groups were determined after i, 2, 3, 4, 6, 8 h to screen ointment matrix by HPLC. RESULTS: The plasma concentration of oil matrix group was 1.03 mg-L^-1 in 2 h, which was the highest among 3 groups. The drugs still could be measured more than 8 h. Plasma concentration of emulsion matrix group was 0.19 mg.L-1 in 2 h, which was the lowest among 3 groups and the absorption time lasted for 2 h. Plasma concentration of water-soluble matrix group was 0.21 mg.L^-1 in 2 h with abnormal absorption. 2 h plasma concentration of emulsion matrix group and oil matrix group had sig- nificant difference (P〈0.01), which had no significant different from water-soluble matrix group (P〉0.05). CONCLUSION: The emulsion matrix is suitable matrix for Bleomycin As hydrochloric ointment.
