摘　　要：目的:建立同时测定疤痕霜中维A酸和丙酸倍氯米松含量的方法。方法:采用高效液相色谱法。色谱柱为DimonsilC18,流动相为甲醇-水-冰醋酸(92:8:0.5),流速为1mL.min-1,柱温为室温,检测波长为240nm,进样量为20μL。结果:维A酸和丙酸倍氯米松的检测浓度线性范围分别为5.6～67.2、6.0～72.0μg.mL-1(r=0.9998、0.9999),回收率分别为99.66%、99.31%,RSD为0.23%、0.39%。结论:本法快速、准确、灵敏、简便,适用于疤痕霜中维A酸和丙酸倍氯米松的含量测定。OBJECTIVE：To establish the method for simultaneous determination of the contents of tretinoin and beclometasone dipropionate in Scar cream.METHODS：HPLC method was adopted.The determination was performed on Dimonsil C18 with mobile phase consisted of methanol-water-acetic acid（92：8：0.5） at the flow rate of 1 mL·min-1 at room temperature.The UV detection wavelength was set at 240 nm and the sample size was 20 μL.RESULTS：The linear ranges of tretinoin and beclometasone dipropionate were 5.6～67.2 μg·mL-1（r=0.999 8） and 6.0～72.0 μg·mL-1（r=0.999 9）,respectively.Average recovery rates were 99.66% and 99.31%,RSDs were 0.23% and 0.39%.CONCLUSION：The method is rapid,accurate,sensitive,simple and suitable for the content determination of tretinoin and beclometasone dipropionate in Scar sceam.
