摘  要:分析旋转状态铸辊内部传热过程特点的基础上,建立了熔池和铸辊混合区域的整体数学分析模型,并实现了整体模型的耦合求解.计算结果揭示了双辊法连续铸轧过程熔池内流场、凝固温度场及铸辊内温度场、热应力场的特点.The characteristics of flow and heat transfer in twin-roll continuous-sheet casting process are clarified in this paper. Heat and fluid-flow model based on the whole system with caster drum is presented. The simulation results of the conduct of liquid steel flow in the pool show that there is a large range of circumfluent area in the pool, which acts as the mechalilcal agitation. This conclusion provides a theoretical foundation for twin-roll casting process to produce high quality sheet. The temperature field and alternating thermal stress field are researched through the analysis of thermal construction.
