摘  要:新疆博伦铁矿磁化焙烧—磁选所得铁精矿铁品位仅60%左右,含硅量在10%以上。为提高该矿铁精矿的质量,采用武汉理工大学研发的高效阳离子捕收剂GE-609进行了提铁降硅反浮选试验,获得了铁品位为65.59%、铁回收率95.94%的反浮选铁精矿。由于反浮选尾矿含铁量较高,达21.36%,又对反浮选尾矿进行了弱磁粗选—再磨—弱磁精选处理,将尾矿含铁量降到了14.87%,所得弱磁选精矿铁品位为38.12%,可返回至反浮选作业。Bolun roasted iron ore in Xinjiang by magnetic separation produces iron concentrates that have an iron grade of only about 60% but SiO2 content more than 10%. In order to increase the quality of iron concentrate, using GE- 609 developed by Wuhan university of technology as collector, get the satisfactory results of the grade of concentrates and the recovery being 65.59% Fe and 95.94% respectively. However, the grade of reverse flotation railings is still as high as 21.36%. With a process consisting of reverse flotation, middling regrinding and low intensity magnetic separation, gaining the tailing containing Fe 14. 87%. The iron concentrate of low intensity magnetic separation with Fe grade 38. 12% can be returned to the flotation operation.
