摘　　要：信息资源开发利用战略思想是信息资源开发利用国家战略的灵魂和核心。在我国经济社会发展进入一个新的时期之后,信息资源开发利用具有更高的社会价值,我国的信息资源开发利用战略思想有了新的发展。本文对我国信息资源开发利用战略思想在新时期的创新发展进行了初步的分析。The strategic thoughts for the development and utilization of information resources are the soul and core of the national strategy in the development and utilization of information resources in China. After the Chinese social and economic development is entering a new phase, the development and utilization of information resources have the higher social value and the strategic thoughts for the development and uti- lization of information resources also have new advances. This paper provides the preliminary analysis of the innovative development of strategic thought for the development and utilization of information resources in the new phase in China.
