摘　　要：随着我国增加粮食生产的经济成本不断攀高,在以信息和通讯技术革命为基础的全球化从根本上改变了农业生产要素—资本、信息、技术和人才组合的时间与空间的环境下,我国的粮食安全必须要有全球化的考量和战略。建设好我国在全球化下的粮食供给链而不只是供给链终端的被动买家是确保未来我国粮食安全的基本战略之一。With continuous increases in economic costs to boot food production and fundamental changes in spatial allocation of resources – capital,information,technology and human capital for agricultural production driven by information and communication based globalization,China should have its global thinking and strategies for food security.It should be one of the basic strategies for Chinese food security to establish a global food supply chain rather than just a passive buyer at the end of the supply chain.
