摘  要:为了使太阳能、地热及发动机余热等低温热源得以有效利用,在前人研究的基础上,提出一种新型的硅胶-水吸附式制冷系统。在该系统中,吸附床、冷凝器和蒸发器同处于一个真空腔中组成单床吸附式制冷单元,两个相同的单元交替工作提供连续的冷量。详细给出了系统各部件的设计方案及尺寸,并对实验结果进行分析。结果表明,该制冷机可充分利用热源温度范围为70~95℃的低温废、余热,在上述温度范围内,制冷量可达2.70~6.37kW,COP达0.275~0.330。通过对机组在不同蒸发温度下性能的测试发现,该机组在热、湿分开处理的空调系统中具有很好的应用前景。In order to use low temperature heat sources such as solar energy, geothermal energy and waste heat from engines, a newly developed adsorption water chiller using silica-gel and water as working pair was introduced and tested. In the novel adsorption refrigeration cycle system, the bed, condenser and evaporator were housed in one vacuum chamber and there were no refrigerant valves needed among them. Two such units work alternatively to supply continuous cooling load. The dimensions of water chiller is' 1200mm × 800mm × 1100mm. The experiment results demonstrated the chiller can use heat source as low as 70-95℃ to generate cooling capacity 2.70-6.37kW and COP value of 0.275-0.330. The performance in different working conditions, such as varying condensation and evaporation temperatures were also analyzed. If the chiller is used in the hybrid air conditioning system in which latent heat could be handled by additional dehumidification equipment which has very large application potentials.
