活性炭制备DSSC对电极及性能分析

摘  要:采用电沉积的方法利用活性炭制备染料敏化太阳电池(DSSC)对电极。用扫描电镜对活性炭薄膜的表观形貌进行表征并通过电池的短路电流(Isc)、开路电压(Voc)和填充因子(FF)等指标来检验以此对电极组装的太阳电池的性能。研究表明,分散剂聚乙二醇的用量和电沉积的水浴温度对电池的性能都有很大影响,在加入分散剂聚乙二醇和水浴温度为65℃的情况下,活性炭薄膜的光电性能较好,Isc、Voc和FF分别为6.769mA、746mV和0.4692,而且电沉积方法制备的炭薄膜具有较好的附着力。The activated carbon was used to prepare the counter electrode of the dye-sensitized solar cells by the method of electro-deposition. The surface morphology of activated carbon films was characterized by scanning electron microscopy. The DSSCs assembled with the as-prepared carbon were tested. The results indicated that the amount of polyethyleneglycol and the water bath temperature of electro-deposition have a great influence on the photoelectric properties of the solar cells with activated carbon counter electrode. Under the preparing condition of adding polyethyleneglycol and the water bath temperature of electro-deposition 65℃, the cells exhibited excellent photoelectric properties with Isc = 6. 769mA , Voc = 746mV and FF = 0. 4692. Besides, the carbon films prepared by electro-deposition have good adhesion.
