摘 要:输电线路绝缘子的表面电导率是衡量其积污程度最直接的物理参数。为实现绝缘子污秽的实时监测,利用自制的基于表面电导率的积污自动在线监测系统,监测在实验室环境下人工模拟大自然降雨冲刷绝缘子表面污秽的过程,研究其中不同污区等级下绝缘子表面电导变化规律和最大表面电导率与相应表征不同污区等级电导率标定值的等价关系。实验结果表明,设备所测绝缘子表面最大电导率y与标准污秽液电导率x具有很好的相关性,线性相关系数达到0.98,并得出二者关系的线性模型:y=0.0877x-3.3582。即可通过监测绝缘子表面电导率来反映其实际污秽程度,为绝缘子污秽的在线监测提供了可行的方法。The surface conductivity of transmission line insulator is the most direct parameter of measuring pollution flashover. Making use of the laboratory-developed online monitoring system based on surface conductivity and model setting up with surface conductance to replace insulator contamination degree, we can on line monitor the transmission line insulator contamination. Utilizing the online monitoring system to observe the artificial nature of rainfall to scour insulator surface layer in the laboratory, we can research the laws of insulator surface layer conductance in different pollution degree, and compare the biggest surface conductance with the calibration value of different pollution degree, at last obtain the equivalence relation. The results show that insulator surface conductance can truly reflect the reality contamination level of insulator. In addition, the equivalence model with the equipment can explore the largest insulator surface conductance and the calibration value of surface conductance of different pollution degree, and the feasibility of monitoring the insulator surface contamination can be verified.
