摘  要:山茶油经过化学改性制得磷矿捕收剂,研究它对某钙质磷矿的浮选性能。结果表明,在对原矿进行脱泥条件下,改性山茶油对某钙质磷矿进行浮选,精矿品位达到34.79%,P2O5回收率达到85.32%;在不脱泥条件下,浮选后精矿品位达到32.52%,P2O5回收率达到80.89%,均优于现有浮选药剂。The camellia oil from Guizhou province was prepared to a kind of phosphorite collector through chemical modification, and the flotation property of modified camellia oil on a calcareous collophanite was studied by experiment. By floating of the deslimed crude ore using the modified camellia oil, the grade of concentrate could reach 34. 79%, with P205 recovery of 85.32%. By floating of the undeslimed crude ore using the mod- ified camellia oil, the grade of concentrate could reach 32.52% , with P205 recovery of 80. 89%. The flotation property of the modified camellia oil is more excellent than that of the collector which is now used.
