摘 要:试验测定红透山铜矿尾矿样品的全硫含量和酸中和潜力(ANC),计算得到净产酸潜力NAPP和净产酸量NAG,据此分析预测酸化潜力。结果表明:红透山铜矿尾矿的NAPP和NAG分别为H2SO448.85 kg/t和22.86 kg/t,NAPP和NAG试验结果都说明该尾矿有较高的产酸潜力,产酸的主要原因是尾矿中硫含量较高。NAPP在0~135 cm的平均值为48.85 kg/t,其中0~45 cm的NAPP平均为20.71 kg/t,45~135 cm的平均值为62.92 kg/t,表明酸化主要发生在0~45 cm的风化表层。尾矿45~135 cm各层的NAPP明显大于NAG,这是由于NAPP是通过对含S量和ANC的测定,再计算尾矿的产酸量,所代表的是理论值,其值往往因为SO24-的存在而大于实际产酸量,这可能是由于表层风化层的S氧化形成SO24-在下层累积所导致的。The total sulfur contents and ANC ( acid neutralization capacity) value of tailings samples from Hongtoushan copper mine were tested and measured, the NAG (net acid generation) and NAPP (net acid producing potential) values of the tailings samples were calculated. According to the resuhs, the acidifica- tion potential of the tailings was analyzed and forecasted. The re- sults showed that NAPP and NAG values of the railings from the mine are H2SO4 48.85 kg/t and H2SO4 22.86 kg/t respective- ly. The experiment results of NAPP and NAG both showed thatthe tailings have a high potential to generate acid. High sulfur content in the tailings is the main reason for acid production. The average NAPP of 0-135 cm surface tailings layer is 48.85 kg/z t;the average NAPP of 0-45 cm surface tailings layer is 20.71 kg/t, the average value of NAPP of 45-135 cm surface tailings layer is 62.92 kg/t. These show that the acidification mainly happens in the 0 -45 cm weathered surface tailings layer. For the 45-135 cm surface tailings layers, the NAPP is significantly greater than the NAG. This is because the NAPP value of the tailings was determined based on sulfur contents and ANC value, then the NAG value of the tailings was calculated, so the NAPP value is a theoretical value, often greater than its actual value due to the presence of SO2-4, and this may be due to the SO2-formed by the oxidation of sulfur in the weathered surface tailings accumulated at lower horizons.
