摘　　要：介绍了上海市电力公司企业标准"百兆乏级移动式静止同步补偿器设备及试验规范"的制定背景。该标准包括5个部分:功能特性导则、可关断阀型式试验和出厂试验规范、控制保护系统规范、现场试验规范、运行检修导则。介绍了该系列标准制定的适用范围和主要内容等。This paper profiles the background for Shanghai Municipal Electric Power Company to establish the corpo- rate standards--＂ General Specifications for Equipments and Tests of 100 Mvar Relocatable STATCOM＂. The stand- ards include five parts： guideline of the functional characteristics, type tests and production tests of gate turn-off valves, general specifications of control and protection system, field tests guide, guideline of operation and mainte- nance. Besides, the scope of application and the main content of the series standards are elaborated.
