摘  要:介绍了主电路拓扑、换流链直流电压优化控制、同步软锁相等方面对大容量STATCOM的几项关键技术,分析了STATCOM主电路拓扑结构特点及发展趋势,通过原理分析对换流链链节直流电压控制方法进行了对比,并重点描述了三级直流稳压的控制方法,在总结系统正序电压软锁相技术的基础上,阐述了基于同步旋转坐标系下的软锁相技术的工作原理。分析结果表明,基于H桥级联的链式结构STATCOM更易实现结构的紧凑化,便于做成移动式结构,实现动态电源的灵活配置;采用三级直流电压平衡控制策略可有效实现链式STATCOM直流电压平衡控制;基于同步旋转坐标系的软锁相技术有利于STATCOM暂态补偿特性的发挥。This paper introduces several key techniques for large capacity STATCOM from three aspects: main circuit topology, converter chain DC voltage optimization control and synchronization soft phase-locked technology. Firstly, the structural characteristics and development tendencies of STATCOM main circuit topology are analyzed in detail; secondly, the converter chain DC voltage control methods are compared by means of principle analysis, emphatically the method of three-level DC voltage control; finally, working principle of soft phase-locked technology in synchro- nously rotating reference frame is presented based on the analysis of system positive sequence voltage soft phase- locked loop technology. In conclusion, cascaded H-bridge topology is easy to realize structural compaction and to be formed as relocatable structure, convenient for achieving flexible configuration of dynamic power supply; three-level DC voltage control is effective to achieve DC voltage balance of the converter chains; soft phase-locked technology based on synchronously rotating reference frame is more conducive to improving the transient compensation perform- ance of STATCOM.
