摘　　要：提出了一种基于网络报文的故障信息回放技术,它能够将通信记录设备中记录系统故障时的状态完全真实地再现给目标网络、目标装置,以便于故障分析、装置性能考核等,并且还可以方便地根据需要更改各SV/GOOSE信息,进行某些特定测试等。介绍了该技术在智能变电站实施实践过程中的具体应用。This paper proposes a fauh information playback technology based on network message. Thereby, the real state when the communication recording equipment was recording system failures can be fully reproduced to target net- work and devices for the purpose of fault analysis, equipment performance assessment, etc. ; in addition, the SV! GOOSE message can be modified as required, and some particular testing can be executed. Finally, the practical ap- plication of the proposed technology in intelligent substation is introduced.
