摘 要:高压直流输电中交直流侧谐波通过换流器开关作用使各自的频率阻抗特性发生改变,使得直接用频域分析变得不够准确,简要介绍了谐波不稳定的产生机理;主要通过分析二次谐波引起的不稳定,根据其谐波在换流器与等值系统中传递时引起的相互转变而得到的关联矩阵,用MATLAB编辑器求其特征值,提出一种基于此特征值性质的判断谐波不稳定的新方法;采用PSCAD/EMTDC自建电磁暂态仿真模型,对自发式谐波不稳定进行了仿真研究,验证了该新方法的正确性。In the process of HVDC transmission, the converter modulation can change the frequency impedance char- acteristics of AC/DC side harmonics respectively; consequently, the direct frequency domain anal3,sis becomes inac- curate. In this paper, the mechanism of harmonic instability is presented briefly, with a focus on the instability caused by the second harmonic. A correlation matrix is obtained dependent on the mutual exchange of harmonics when transmitted through the converter and equivalent systems; the eigenvalue of the matrix is derived by use of MAT- LAB editor; then a new method to judge harmonic instability is proposed based on the characteristic of the eigenvalue. Finally, the electromagnetic transient simulation model is built using PSCAD/EMTDC software package, whereby the spontaneous harmonic instability is simulated. The simulation results verify the correctness of proposed method.
