摘  要:依据垂直筛板的传质过程和一些实验关联式,结合脱苯塔汽提段的实际设计数据和运行结果,分析了不同形状的帽罩、不同的帽罩布置方法以及板孔气速这些因素对垂直筛板塔板液体提升量和塔板效率的影响,得出结论:与其他的帽罩形状和排列方式相比,设置分离板的方形帽罩以方阵形式排列,并且将板孔气速取值控制在8.0—15.0 m/s,可有效提高塔板的液体提升量及塔板效率。将其应用在垂直筛板塔板的实际设计中,便可获得较高的液体提升量和塔板效率。According to expressions, linking the the mass transfer process of the Vertical design data and running result of stripping Sieve Tray and some experimental relational stage in benzene-stripping tower, the effect of different-shape caps, diverse caps array and gas velocity in tray hole on the liquid lift-up and the tray efficiency of the Vertical Sieve Tray were analyzed. It concludes that compared with the others caps shape and caps array, the rectangle caps with distributing board are in phalanx arrangement and can hold the gas velocity in tray hole at 8.0-15.0 m/s, which can effectively increase the liquid lift-up and tray efficiency. Using it in the practical design of the Vertical Sieve Tray, the better liquid lift-up and tray efficiency can be obtained.
