摘 要:提出了一种带构造柱混凝土砌块承重墙体,并已获得国家发明专利。进行了2个带构造柱混凝土砌块墙体和2个普通带芯柱混凝土砌块墙体低周反复荷载下抗震性能比较试验研究。砌块墙体高宽比为0.6和1.0,厚度均为240 mm,轴压比均为0.3。对比分析了各墙体的承载力、刚度及其退化过程、延性、耗能和破坏特征。研究表明,所提出的带构造柱混凝土砌块墙体与普通带芯柱混凝土砌块墙体相比,抗震性能显著提高。The new concrete block load-bearing wall with constructional columns was proposed and patented by the State Intellectual Property Office of China.In order to ascertain the seismic performance of the structure,the experimental study on four concrete block wall models was carried out.The test models include two models constructed with the new concrete block and constructional columns and two comparative models constructed with common concrete block and core columns.The aspect ratios are 0.6 and 1.0.All the models have the same wall thickness 240 mm and they were tested under cyclic loading with the same axial force ratio 0.3.The load-bearing capacity,stiffness and stiffness degradation,ductility,energy dissipation capacity,and failure characteristics of the models were comparatively analyzed according to the test.The results show that the seismic performance of the new concrete block masonry wall models with constructional columns were improved greatly compared to the common block masonry wall models with core columns.
