摘 要:采用400 m3/d的溶胞—隐性生长中试系统连续处理城市污水,并将低能量密度超声波/碱协同溶胞与水解酸化耦合用于其污泥预处理,考察了该系统的污泥减量效果、出水水质和剩余污泥预处理情况。结果表明:中试系统的表观产率系数为0.33 kgVSS/kgCOD,污泥减量效果可达46.78%。运行期间系统出水水质较好,预处理体系对TCOD的去除率为10.46%,为溶胞—隐性生长系统贡献了2.10%的污泥减量效果。经预处理后污泥上清液的SCOD、VFA、NH4+-N、TN、TP和pH值分别为2 525.00 mg/L、27.30 mmol/L、106.90 mg/L、264.25 mg/L、105.18 mg/L和8.73。可见,低能量密度超声波/碱协同溶胞与水解酸化组合技术适用于隐性生长污泥减量系统的污泥预处理。A pilot-scale lysis - cryptic growth system with capacity of 400 m3/d was operated con- tinuously to treat municipal wastewater. Low-density ultrasonic/alkaline lysis and hydrolysis acidification were integrated for sludge pretreatment. The sludge reduction efficiency, effluent quality and excess sludge pretreatment were investigated. The results indicated that the observed biomass yield and the sludge reduction efficiency of the lysis - cryptic growth system were 0.33 kgVSS/kgCOD and 46.78% re- spectively. During continuous operation, the effluent quality was satisfactory. The removal rate of TCOD by pretreatment was 10.46% , which contributed 2.10% of the total sludge reduction. The SCOD, VFA, TN, NH4+ - N, TP and pH in the supernatant of pretreated sludge were 2 525. O0 rag/L, 27.30 mmol/L, 264.25 mg/L, 106.90 mg/L, 105.18 mg/L and 8.73, respectively. It is concluded that the combined method of low-density ultrasonic/alkaline lysis and hydrolysis acidification is suitable for sludge pretreat- ment in the lysis -cryptic growth system for sludge reduction.
