摘　　要：介绍了框型弯曲件常规弯曲方法的不足 ,新设计的一次弯曲成形模具 ,是根据弯曲过程中材料位置变化的轨迹设计的 ,避免了材料与模具间的相对滑动和不必要的变形 。The shortcomings of the usual bending method for frame_shaped bending parts was stated. A new single_bending forming die was designed according to the track of the stock's changing position in the course of bending. It avoided the relative sliding between the stock and the die and avoided needless reformation, and thus reduced the bending times.
